I entered in the post code of your hotel to find nearby J.D. Wetherspoons pubs.  J.D. Wetherspoons is a pub chain across the UK that offers authentic English food and drink at very reasonable prices.  I am a big fan of these pubs for all meals as the food is very good and they all offer meal deals that allow you to get very cheap wholesome food.  

The closest one to your hotel is inside the Victoria Rail Station, the address is Unit 5, Victoria Island, Victoria Station, London SW1V 1JT and this is ½ mile from your hotel.  There is also one only 1/10th of a mile farther, which may be nicer since the station Wetherspoons is small, not the most authentic looking and not my favorite.  The Wetherspoons not in the station is called the Willow Walk and is located at 25 Wilton Road, Victoria, London, SW1V 1LW.  Here is the direct link to the Willow Walk page on the Wetherspoons website so you can learn more and view a map of the location http://www.jdwetherspoon.co.uk/pubs/pub-...

The best places are usually the ones tat look the worst!  There is a great greasy spoon in Victoria by the bus (not coach) station.  There are also plenty of cafe's on Buckingham Palace Road as you walk towards the Palace which is very near you.
