Will be staying in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX for approximately 3 months with business associates. We need to get reliable Cell phone service for calling locally and to the USA. We also would like to rent a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment instead of a hotel. Any suggestions? Contacts?

Most reliable (definitely least expensive) cell phone to use to call the USA is from Mexitel Cellular. Costs $1 to call the US, $0.50 to call other cell phones (not $1 per minute like others).

Best deal on a 2 or 3 bedroom dwelling might be by renting an empty timeshare. This is the slow season in Cancun, so you can probably find one at a reasonable price and not have to worry about making the bed or anything during that period.
