Will be studying abroad in Leeds, England.Where can I find a reliable site to purchase a train pass to travel?

So many sites to choose from, i dont know which is legit. what is a good amount to spend on a pass? is it hard to get around on train in england (ie. confusing to find out arrival/departure times)?

Hi Charles,Firstly good luck in your time in the UK.The answer to your question is most big cities like Leeds have travel centres for UK trains with discounted tickets to anywhere in the UK/Scotland/Wales if you want to live around Leeds you can use the bus service and get a metropass for the area's you need to travel.If you live outside Leeds and need the train you can get the same pass but for trains and bus.If you want to travel around the UK  you can purchase tickets from the travel centre.The cheapest way is to plan your journey in advance and purchase your tickets early to try to obtain a discounted fare(get a students railcard) about 10 pounds which gives you discounted travel.My suggestion to you as well as your students railcard get a NUS card from your college/uni (same price) because most shops give discount on purchases IE cloths,meals,books that kind of thing
