Will being flexable make me run faster?

Im going to be a freshman in h.s. and i can run a 100m in 11.6 which i think is good for a freshman but i wanna become state champion. I'm not at all flexable. About hom much time will becoming flexable take off if any?

  1. To get flexible, you have to stretch those muscles every day. The more flexible you are, the looser you are, and that is key. If you tighten up while running it will definitely slow you down.
