Question:

Will better seats to an almost sold out concert open up a few days or the day of? Or is there no hope?

There is a really popular concert coming up next month and as of right now, I can get a single ticket no problem, but it's not in the best spot. My question is, if I buy a few days before the concert or even the day of, is there a likelihood that a better seat would open up on the website? Or do I have a better chance of calling the box office and buying in person? I just remember a lot of people telling me never to give up when it comes to concert tickets because they save some of them for various reasons and then if they don't go by the time the show comes around, they put them back on the market. Thoughts?

  1. You may be able to find better seats, but be prepared to pay 3, 4, or even 5 times as much as the original price.
