  1. It was a Manifesto pledge when BJ came to be Mayor and so he should honour it.

  2. It's about time that LONDONER's were asked where we want OUR money spent. I can tell you with confidence that my vote will not be for a newtarium.

  3. Mayor’s Question Time

When Boris started trotting through the intricacies of the forensic analysis of the LDA accounts.

Gasps were heard as the sheer scale of consultancy fees were announced by a condescending and scowling Mayor. £155 million on Transport For London  consultancy fees, £41 million for comparative services for the Police Authority.

Mayor Boris elegantly mocked Ken Livingstone’s “newt obsession” by revealing plans for his proposed giant docklands aquarium. Boris could scarcely get his words out as he described the magnitude of financial investment needed to construct Ken’s “Newtarium”. So will he or wont that is a very good question personally I thing the money could be better spent else where.
