  1. yes,california seldom gets any rain not to mention snow think how many summers go by without some kind of major fires and people loosing homes


  2. I can't see California being left high and dry.  California is a very popular state and has a lot going for itself.  I have no sources, only going on speculations. Sorry :- (  Just my opinion.
