  1. no,,it sure wont,,they wont even pay a dime on a case like this one,,the driver at least needs to have a license ,but if there not even on the policy,,it wont cover it at all,,good luck.

  2. In general the answer is yes if the car has collision or comp coverage on it.. I have paid many claims over the years where unlicensed people (especially 15 yr old boys) have smashed somebodies car. The collision policy covered the loss if the driver had the owners permission to use the car.

    To get a definite answer we would need more complete info from you.

  3. No one here could possibly tell you, it's going to depend on some factors not described here - like is the driver a household member?  Is the driver specifically excluded from coverage?  Is the driver a minor?  Was the car stolen?  How is the policy written?  

    So you'll have to ask the agent, who wrote that policy.  Maybe yes, maybe no.
