  1. HELLO

    DEPENDS IF CRASH HAPPENED

    1) AFTER YOU WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE POINTS, NO AS YOU SHOULD  HAVE NOTIFIED THEM ABOUT THE POINTS. UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD REASON TO NOT HAVE ie IN COMA

    2) BEFORE YOU WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE POINTS THEN YES. YOU MAY HAVE BEEN WAITING TO GO TO COURT BUT UNLESS YOU RENEW THE POLICY YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU GET POINTS AND START DATE FOR THEM

THE NUMBER OF POINTS IS IRRELEVANT.

IF YOU HAD THE CRASH THEN GOT THE POINTS

  2. no because you haven't notified them of the changes

You should have told then as soon as you got the points so they could alter your policy

  3. In the USA, if your policy is still in force, they should pay but they may cancel you afterward

  4. Hopefully not. Then you wont be able to get back on the road where you are clearly a danger to yourself and others.
