No he won't as he'll be rehabbing  from his herniated disc neck surgery.WWE hope to have Cena competing at Survivor Series ( which along with Wrestlemania is one of the big ppvs ).It's a blow for them to lose Cena yet again after last year.So they won't be taking any chances with him by sending him out on tour.Cena is also scheduled to start shooting his new movie sometime in the Fall.
