  1. Electric current is the rate of flow of charge.  If the current is the same, so is the rate of flow of charge.

    (e.g. 5 Amps  =  5 Coulombs per second rate)

    If the circuit has an e.m.f. source and resistors all in series, then the current, and rate of flow of charge, is the same everywhere.

    If there are any resistors in parallel,  the current divides, and the current in different resistors can be different values.


  2. charge flows only wen ther is potential difference between 2 points.....so rate of charge differs with potential difference between 2 points.also if the value resistence is less the rate of charge flow will be more.

    The same current flows through resistors connected in series.
