Will chennai beat hyd in infrastructure again.. like before..??

now hyd is fast developing.. so do u think chennai will regain it's importance like earlier or lose out like kolkata....?

and in india where does chennai stand 1.in importance

2. size of metropolitan area(not corporation limits)

3.in terms of infrastructure

4. beauty of the city overall

5. living conditions?
