Will china win these olympics?

looking at the medal tally, China has quite the lead on USA. Do you think America will catch up and take the victory, or is this gonna be china's year.

Not after the Olympic Committee finds out China is using 12 year olds.

By the way the most Gold medals does not state the best country. Its total medals. You can have 10 gold medals, but if you dont medal in any other events whats the point?

personally i am a die-hard fans of the americans i think that china will take this won but if we keep our hopes up they could be if we dont i believe that the US is going to take it in 2012 in london, England

The Olympic Games is not a competition between countries.

It's a competition between athletes.

There is no victory when we tout the idea that this one or that one is the so-called "World champion" or as the americans like to say""Oh they are the greatest in the entire world!"

But wait. There are over 6 billion people on this earth. No matter who you are, there is always someone better. From baseball to volleyball to soccer to basketball, beach volleyball to swimming, etc..  

Its all to do about nothing if athletes are limited to but a chosen few. Some "athletes" will never go beyond the borders of their countries.  So no, China won't win, the usa will not will,

no one wins

unless everyone is counted
