Will chlorine or salt water kill sperm inside my body?

My husband and I are going on vacation while I am ovulating. We are trying to get pregnant. If we have intercourse and then I go swimming in the pool or the ocean, will it decrease our chances of conception?

No.  Once the sperm enters the uteris it's in there.  A lot of people think if the woman is on top that she won't get pregnant but that's not true.  All it takes is one of those little guys and there are thousands that come out.  Use the at home ovulation predictor kits if you want to.  Maybe after intercourse lay flat for an hour or so if you can, but honestly it won't matter about the pool or ocean.  Best of luck
