I want to take the ACT this fall, but I have not studied and just want to see what score I can pull off without studying. if I take it now, and bomb it then will colleges see that score? can I possibly erase it somehow?

  1. I don't think so.

Now...consider that I'm retirement age.  I was looking at my college transcript and listed on my college transcript were all the scores that I had on my SAT's.  I now know why my parents had me take it so many times.  I was quite a dummy.

In answer to your question... all of my scores were right there.

Should you take it couple of times?  Sure.  They use the highest one.
