I got a car and put my mom's name as the cosigner and had my friend sign as her. She doesn't know she's the cosigner for the auto loan. Will they send her anything stating that she has cosigned? Note: I always make my payments on time.

  1. I would really be peeved if I was her.  There is a reason you did not choose to involve her;  my guess is she knows you and would not sign. What you did can win you a trip to jail.

  2. You and your friend would be heading straight to the jailhouse if I were your mom.  I mean, dayum, wasn't feeding, clothing and nursing your pathetic little unappreciative butt for 18 years enough for you?

note: you will always eat, shower, and sleep on time where you are headed...

  3. You've committed fraud and forgery. Good for you.

  4. They should send her some papers to let her know. AFter that, they'll only call or let her know if you are late.

By the way... that wasn't a smart thing to do.

  5. this is a felony crime--JAIL TIME.

Better you stop the game now.
