  1. that intel website link service unavailable

  2. don't get 915/945/946/975 boards now.intel release new boards like P31/P35/P43

and get Dual core 2,2 or core2duo 2.4 minimum speeds.

  3. It would be difficult to tell, the link for your cpu doesn't work.

The best advice I can give you is, if the cpu is designed to fit in a 775 socket there shouldn't be any problems with it.

  4. Yes.

The board has an LGA-775 socket, and the PDF document provided on the processor page states that the Intel Pentium processor uses this socket.

(EDIT: The link to the processor has an extraneous closing bracket, and nobody below this seems to have been able to fix that simple problem themselves: you might want to remove it. :P)

  5. As long as the CPU is the same socket configuration. The board mentioned takes a  LGA775 socket for latest Intel Pentium 4 / Celeron processor. Why not just get a CPU/Motherboard bundle, and ave problems? BTW, I hate Intel chipsets and processors, nothing but trouble. Here is my board:

  6. CPU Page Not Found !

  7. well the cpu link isn't working but from what i got out of the URL its a dual core and the motherboard page clearly says its made for a pent 4 or celeron. it says nothign about dual core. ok well i got it to work by taking the ) off but unless they have a BIOS update to make it compatible with dual cores no its not going to work unlike what the first guy thinks just cause its a 775 socket doesn't mean you can use any 775 socket chip
