  1. all creatine does is fill your muscles up with more water, so it will make your muscles look bigger but wont make you any stronger.

p.s. creatine is bad for you kidneys

  2. Creatine will help you get stronger, and work longer in the quick twitch muscle fiber events.  I get REAL strong on the stuff.  The stuff in dirt cheap now also.  Monohydrate is the best way to go.  Forget the other creatines.

  3. umm yeah if you work out it should.....but try to only take it the days you work out...my bro takes it and hess got a nice bod....and also it wont help you get *hot* it will help tone your bod tho.

  4. Creatine is used for the purpose of giving you a little extra 'oomph' in your training, espeially when fatigue normally sets in, delaying the on-set of fatigue.   If anything, creatine will volumise your muscles, making you look a little less defined.  I tried it, to test it's worth, and honestly, i think it's a waste of time and money.  It's a placebo, you THINK you have more energy, but when you get off the stuff, you don't notice any difference.

I would go for something like Hydroxycut.  It's a fat metaboliser, and works great.

You're training sounds bang-on target to get ripped and lean.  Keep it up :)

EDIT: I have worked out for 17 years, and used no supplements or creatine, and built myself an awesome physique.  It's all marketing, telling you that your body NEEDS all these pills and powders.  Just focus on getting a good amount of protein into your diet, and your body will stay lean and 'hot', especially with the kind of training you are doing.

  5. Creatine dries the excess water out of your body. It will make you look more toned but you have to lift weight with it to get that effect.

  6. dress up cool, nice hairdo

  7. If you are exercising, then you need to take creative big time. Creatine is the most prevalent substance in your muscles naturally, however, after the first 20 minutes of a work out, your body already burned it out and you need to restore it back to normal There are no side effects to creatine at all with the exception of possible water dehydration so you need to drink a bit more water when you are on it.

The proper way to take creatine is for the first week you need to creatine load which mean that you need to take if five times a day for the first week and then only twice a day thereafter. Your muscle development will be noticeable.

  8. Try it! I know a few guys who said it made a difference for them. I think that those who use it without working out are wasting their time though.

    Hope it helps!
