  1. Cycling will help if you do the right kind of cycling.

A dynamic ride with a moderate amount of uphill and flat riding will help build muscle and extending your rides to 20+ minutes several times per week will offer you an excellent cardio workout necessary to burn fat.

Combine that with a decent diet and few reps of sit-ups and you'll be good to go.

  2. Cycling is not an excersice to build muscle; its a cardio excersice. You wont loose fat from your belly but youll loose fat overall. You may gain muscle mass by doing some specific on bike training however it will be more effective to do leg gym routine. Your legs have over 10 muscles and unfurtunately cycling wont train them all. Cardio and weight training are complementary but not absolute.

  3. yes, do not think twice about it, cycling is fun, you will get in shape and your legs will get stronger by the day

    go out and ride

  4. I am not real sure about the cycling but i do know that jumping jacks or jump roping are great to get rid of belly fat. I am not talking 50 jacks but around 1000 3X's a week.
