  1. milk helps a lot... i know a guy who drank a lot of milk for a long time and hes like 10 yrs old and hes like 5''3 and an 11 yr old who drank a lot of milk also and shes like 5"4. it also depends whats in your genes...

  2. NOPE! BUT THIS WILL !

    Step 1

Go to your doctor and find your exact height, weight and age. Request your doctor to prescribe medication to grow taller. Your doctor will recommend medication rich with calcium, vitamin D and vitamin A.

    Step2

Take the medication regularly. Any break will not give you the desired result.

    Step3

Consult a certified physical instructor and tell them you want to know how to grow taller. Have them set you up with a proper exercise routine customized to your body structure and requirement.

    Step4

Do stretching exercises. Indulge in hyperactivities such as fast cycling and swimming to tone up the muscles. This will facilitate raising your height.

    Step5

Meet an endocrinologist to check your hormonal level. Discuss with your endocrinologist in case you need growth-enhancing supplements.

    Step6

Take hormonal stimulators as prescribed by your endocrinologist. These stimulators are amino acids that prompt the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormones and increase the height.

    Step7

Eat diet rich in vitamins, calcium, fibers and proteins. Get your diet plan framed by a qualified dietician or nutritionist.

    Step8

Go in for reflexology or acupressure. In these techniques, certain points in feet and palms are pressed to stimulate the pituitary gland. This facilitates growing taller.

  3. no it wont help try protein

  4. nope that will make you stronger though

  5. Search on Google for 'how to grow taller'. Look through as many sites as you can, I have and I've found some pretty good ones that tell you about stretching exercises and resistance training that you can do. There are also tips on sleeping positions, diet, exercise and sleep.

    GENETICS IS FALSE.

Evidence: I was supposed to be 5'5 only but I'm now 5'7, nearly 5'8 and still growing.

I'm 16 years old like you too.

I found out that stretching exercises can increase your spine length by up to 3 inches! Added in with weight training, exercise, diet and sleep, imagine how much taller you can grow!

  6. No but it will make your upper body stronger.

I'm only 15 but I'm 6"1 and growing. Parents aren't very tall which is strange..

I'd advise doing exercise and eating/drinking propperly.

I think its the first 18 years of life that your height is determined in so your probably due for a growth spurt soon :P

    Hope this helps :)

  7. Do that and drink milk before you go to bed. However, brush your teeth after-wards. Then sleep in a room that has no light beaming at you.

  8. You really can't make yourself grow taller. Try standing up straight that will make you look taller. Also you should make sure you're getting lots of calcium to make your bones strong.

  9. No.  Assuming you have a reasonably healthful lifestyle (e.g. are not starving or sick), your height is already determined through genetics.
