Will doing squats, lunges, and calf raises all with dumbells be a sufficient workout for my legs?

I want to hit every muscle in my leg and only have access to free weights.

  1. yep, that works basically everything, as the squats will work your hamstrings, glutes, quads, the lunges will work soleus, glutes, hams, quads and calf raises will work your gastrocnemius.


  2. Yes, that's a very good workout for your legs!
