Will doing squats make me slower in running?

  1. no squats are a great excersise if u do them right

    but u have to do both them and ur hamstrings

    cause if u dont u can pull ur hammie

    because of the strength difference

    and trust me that aint fun

Squats are a great excersise if you do them right.  Make sure you have proper form and when you train make sure that you are trying to use your quick twitch reaction muscles.  Maybe do a lighter weight that will really allow you to explode on each rep.  If you excersise like this on everykind of work out if will ultimately make you a faster runner.

  3. If anything it will make your legs stronger. You may be sore for a while but your legs will get stronger.

  4. You will not become slower, your legs will be sore after. Squats will make your vertical increase dramatically.
