  1. please use a tennis ball.

  2. Ya, fa sho.

  3. yea it should

  4. yea. dribbling with a oversized basketball will help your handle as well.

  5. I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I have actually wondered this sort of thing before and have actually tried similar things and have only thrown my game off by playing with a heavier or a lighter ball. Just improve with as close to what you will actually play with as you can. ....?

  6. You might not be wasting your time, but it will not help you with dribbling control or quickness.  It will just make dribbling with a normal ball seem awkward. To help with control just practice with a normal ball frequently and get used to what you will be using. Good Luck!

  7. use the smallest ball possible i use to dribble with the mini ball and once you control that the big ball comes wiht ease. also ti takes practice. make sure you dribble righty and lefty though so you dont get comfortable with jsut goign one way. Thats huge as a young kid if you can go lefty or right not neccesarily be able to shoot with both hands but dribble the defender cant cheat as much.  so yes a tennis ball is ok but if you talk to people its not hte best idea cause it doesnt allow you to use yoru finger tips which you want to a good lesson is when your outside after yoru dont playing ball the palm of your hand shoudl be clean adn fingertips dirty

  8. Tennis ball works the best cause once u master that dribbling a basketball will be like a 5 foot ball in your hands, Steve Nash did the same and look where it led him.

  9. it will give you finger tip controll. It will make your hands stronger especially your four arms!
