  1. Don't know about warts, but read this about the benefits of drinking it.  http://www.professorshouse.com/family/he...

    Good luck!

  2. Drinking ACV will not hurt.  What may prove more effective is topical application of crushed garlic, and taking supplements of Vitamin C, a B complex, and Vitamins A and E.

  3. i've never heard that before?! but that doesn't mean it's not true... just figured i'd mention that apple cider vinegar works well against heartburn

  4. It wil lnot help with warts. The warts need to be frozen off or removed surgically

  5. i dont know about warts, but i do know that apple cider vinegar will help cure MANY things. You should find a site on google that tells you all about it and ask one that has used apple cider vinegar for awhile

  6. I've heard that soaking the wart in apple cider vinegar on a little bit of gauze(taping it to the wart for a week) will kill it. It leaves a blemish though. I don't think that taking it internally will have a significant enough effect on warts.

I have found a great way to get rid of my warts. Warts are usually a sign of the immune system being weak in a certain way.

My herbalist told me the best way to get rid of warts was to soak the warts in a mild solution of capsicum until they started to get fairly warm. This helped a little but was very uncomfortable.

I found a way to focus the capsicum right on the wart. I used a special water proof bandage from Nexcare. I could put the capsicum solution on the pad with a dropper and let it soak over night, every other night. This was much more comfortable. The body usually dissolved the warts within a week and there is no sign of them, even finger prints came back to normal, very cool. The solution I use is one capsule of capsicum(I use Nature's Sunshine) for one half tablespoon  of water and let it soak for ten minutes before applying it to the band aid. It might be good to start off with 1 to 2 tbs of watter to see how sensitive you are. I even put some of the capsicum bits/paste on the center of the band aid pad so that it would continue to steep over the wart overnight. The capsicum draws circulation and immunity to the wart and also kills the wart.
