like, not eating solid food, but just drinking coffee, i work at gloria jeans, and for the past few days, i havnt eaten food but just drank coffee, if i continue like this will i gain or lose weight??
i mean like, irish nut creme on light soy milk, and capacinos ( like 4 or 5 day)
i find coffee takes away my appetite, so coffee and ciggaretes it is, but what will happen?
i do wanna lose weight, im 5'9 and 130lb but wanna get down to about 120 - 125 lb
help please
