  1. No not really ,,,

What i would do if you really wanted to loose some weight try this for  two weeks and you will loose 8 pounds with l doing nothing dramatic  .

Eat two meals a day  .

    First meal at 11.00

Then at  2.00 have snack that contains fruit .

Have your last meal  at 5.00

Then a quick snack at  7.00 [[only if needed]]

    Only drink water and milk

    Milk with your first  meal

    Water with everything else ..

And at night  do 25 sit ups . To work your core .

  2. u will also have to work out n do exercise n perspire so that the water is released too

  3. Drinking water over sodas will help you lose weight.  For some the results are 5-10 pounds, for others it may only be 1 or 2.

Carbonated drinks contain sodium, which holds onto the water in your body.  By not drinking sodas as often, or even by not eating as much food with a high sodium content, you will notice a difference.

Cokes are not altogether bad for you, but like everything it should be kept in moderation.

  4. Yes! Of course it will, just make sure you take little breaks here and there or else you might end up, 'cracking' and drinking quite a bit of pop or something. =)

  5. no you need other things

  6. Depends how much you weigh, cause drinking only water does help you lose weight, water weight only really though. Cause drinking only water and a lot of it for a few days you lose about 3-5 pounds depending on your weight, but you have to stick to only water and no other drinks or u'll gain it all back.

  7. There are free websites that can help you to manage your calorie intake and exercise. You will find several by doing a Google search. Personally, I like sparkspeople.com. You don't need to go to a gym to exercise. I use dvds at home, but there are exercise programs on tv or via cable, especially if you have "on demand." You can also just walk. You can absolutely do this on your own without spending money on a gym or diet meals. Please stay away from those unhealthy products that other people are recommending. At best, they're a waste of money but they could actually hurt your health. Good luck!

  8. Only if you're trying to get bloated. Otherwise, eat healthy foods in small portions every 2-3 hours and not late at night.

  9. Yes. However, there is more to it than that.

Make sure you eat a large breakfast, a medium lunch, and a smaller dinner. This is healthier than the more common practice of a small breakfast and large dinner.

Avoid eating out too often, and when you do eat at restaurants, have something without a very cheesy or creamy sauce or dressing. Stay away from fried foods!

When you're hungry in between meals, eat carrots if you like them. They're very low in calories and great for you! If you don't like carrots, buy another veggie you can snack on.

Eat less red meat and wheat. Stick to whole wheat, if you can.

Have salad for lunch or dinner when you can.

These are just a few tips. I hope they help!

  10. Yes, water instead of calorie filled drinks will help.

  11. Yes, you'd be cutting down on calories, and drinking water helps you burn calories because your body has to heat it up.

  12. Yes, drinking water instead of other calorie-rich, sugary liquids will help you lose weight in the long run.

I read an article in Oxygen magazine that stated a study showed that when the participants eliminated soda from their diet, they lost 11 pounds. Granted the study ran for a whole year, but that's a lot of weight just from a beverage.

    :-)

  13. Eat six small meals through outthe day wiht none after 6pm and drink plenty of water with no soda and try the Lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  14. No

  15. go walking 30-60 mins and do some yoga or pilates for another 30-60 mins...calorie shift your meals,up to 6 small healthy meals/day every 3-4 hrs...do this routine 6 days a week...its harder to stay slim rather than getting slim,so change your lifestyle for good, fad diets dont make you lose fat at all,so its not worth your toil and sweat

  16. You don't need access to anything expensive.

If you use the Nivea Goodbye Cellulite gel and patches, the patches come with a free workout DVD. Do it 3-4x a week, don't overdo yourself.

You do need every food group every day to stay healthy and lose weight the right way. Remember the less you eat, your body stores the nutrients it got from what you ate last. If you eat little enough, your body will store the fat cells to make up for the nutrition you're not getting.

    Typical day for me:

    Breakfast - bowl of cereal

    Lunch - meat, cheese

Afternoon snack - veggies with Ranch

    Dinner - meat, pasta, veggies

If I get hungry later, I snack on some fresh fruits.

It's OK to eat a candy bar or something every once in a while, but not every day.
