Will dropping Nevanac/Nepafenac on the eye once a day (daily) cause any side effects such as blindness

i had uveitis on my right eye a few months ago and now, as a preventive measure for it to not to reoccur, my eye doctor told me to drop Nevanac (http://www.drugs.com/nevanac.html) on my right eye once a day.. forever. will this by any chance might cause any harmful side effects. he says it won't but i just want to make sure.. if any of you guys know anything about this. thanks!

Shouldn't cause a problem but nothing in medicine is guaranteed. If your body has a weird reaction to the drop then yeah, you could go blind in that eye...Not very likely but it could happen.
