  1. You can't make him pay.

  2. It is most likely he will just get a strike and depending on whether this has happened before he may may has his account cancelled.  They can force him to pay though as it is legally binding when you place a bid.

  3. no they get suspended and you reclaim through paypal

  4. I'm afraid you can't make him pay. E Bay is simply the advertising meduim used for people to buy and sell their items. I'm afraid all you can do is give him poor feedback and relist your item. You didn't already send the merchandise to him without receiving payment, did you? I hope not. Good luck to you.

  5. no ebay cant force them to pay if they never got the product when thhey buy it they are entering into a legal binding contract and if they r payin  through paypal and you didnt receive any money and they dont get the package you can just give them a bad review or you can go through the time and energy of trying to sue them or you can just put it back up for auction or contact the runner up if what u r selling is 10000 dollars or less forget about it and put it back  up if its more im pretty sure ull win the law suit

  6. this has happen to me many times

    what will happen is

the buyer wont be forced to pay but he will get warnings and you may give him negative feedback therefore you dont send the items if he didnt pay so yes he will gat a strike

                   hope this helps

                        good luck xx

  7. Nope.  You do not have any recourse.  The best you can hope for is that either they do wind up paying or you can get your fees back as a credit and then relist.  DO not opt for the second chance buyer...this never works and you don't get your fees back.

Just relist the item and set your buyer preferences to block new users, users without paypal, and those with a certain level of negative feedback.
