  1. No, but there are other things in fast food besides carbs that are not good for you. That stuff is loaded with preservatives, artificial flavors and colors, bleached flour etc.  None of that processes, artificial stuff is good for you.  Also, fast food is very low in vitamins.  You need to eat fresh fruit and vegetables in addition to other stuff you eat.

  2. naahh,, its guna get added to ur butt :)

  3. It is hard to burn off the calories from McDonald's ECT, but if you are exercising and trying to stay healthy change your diet eat good foods not heart clogging fast food, I would be more worried about that then the weight gain..

  4. Yes.

Exercising is only half the work.

    Garbage in=Garbage out

Getting fit is 50% training and 50% nutrition. You can run across country several times, but if the only time you stop to eat is at McDonald's or KFC, it won't matter because the large amount of your nutrient intake is fat.

  5. Depends on what you're eating at McDonald's. But it's VERY hard to burn off the calories from an average meal there.

  6. im the same, i eat a lot of c**p but excercise 4 times a week dong kickboxing and I'm 7 stone, 5"4 and ent fat so i think it turns into energy and you burn it all off.

  7. why insist eating  so much junk food?

maybe you would get rid of the calories, but that foods harms your skin, your body...

  8. There would be no change in health because it would all balance out.

  9. I think the fat will be worked off, but you probably aren't getting all the nutrients you need.  Changing your diet to get some fresh salad, green vegetables, etc.  would be healthier, I imagine.

  10. Yes!

    No!

Why add the fat in the first place?

Anyway - common sense to eating and exercise prevails at

  11. well, it is good that you are exercising like that. But you can still be unhealthy from all the fat and cholesterol you are consuming. you can still have a heart attack, stroke, high BP etc... you should try to cut back. you may even gain weight from eating like that even if you are exercising like mad.

  12. i believe so. if you're working to maintain your weight, this is okay. if you want to lose weight, stop eating out.
