  1. if you wanna see guilt, look @ my question and see everything i ate today. i would do anything to trade everything i ate for that medium frosty.

dont regret it. it could be so much worse.

  2. No!

  3. Nope, you'll be perfectly fine.

  4. It depends what else you ate that day, and your metabolic rate. By what you said, I would assume your metabolism are very slow, because you obviously don't eat much. But in every pound of fat, there are 3500 calories, so say the the frosty was 500 calories, if everything you ate the day you ate that frosty was equal to how many calories your metabolisms burn, then you'll gain 1/7 of a pound in the long run. Hope this helped :) Nikki is retarded, he prolly has no metabolisms... and 800 calories will not make u gain .5 pounds, in a week if you ate exactly as much as your metabolisms burn, he would only gain about .25 pounds

  5. Just chill, one little frosty is not going to have a great effect on you. You wont gain, only unless you had like 10 of them.

  6. no lol u just had 1 think of it as a treat for doing well so far . if youre on a diet that doesnt mean that u cant have a treat every once in a whie.. as long as it is in moderation

  7. I have a friend that's dying from brain cancer. Let's put the Frosty situation in perspective shall we.

  8. No lol, it's just one frosty.

  9. Don't beat yourself up over a Frosty. Now maybe if you'd eaten an entire carton of ice cream you could/should beat yourself up. Just work out a little bit longer tomorrow. Plus you have to reward yourself once in a while when you are doing really good. You'll be fine. Congrats on trying to lose weight and eating healthy!

  10. you'll be totally fine.

    don't worry about it, seriously.

    everything in moderation.

  11. Geez, relax.  Yes a frosty a day will not help with weight loss, but one frosty isn't going to contribute too much weight.  Heck, last night I completely binged (I've been eating 1200 calories and last night I had about 2000 calories) and I only gained .5 lb from it.  Just don't let the one frosty mess up your diet.  Keep eating healthy and you will be fine.

  12. If you're stressing over a darn frosty from Wendy's then you have much bigger issues then gaining weight. You need to get some professional help.

  13. It'll pass.

  14. No noticeable weight should be gained.  A Frosty is about 500 calories.  If you take into consideration that 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories, then you aren't even close to even gaining any weight.  Your body burns off about 1500-2000 calories by itself daily depending on your weight.  Anything more than that 2000 calories a day allotment that adds up to 3500 will turn into a pound of fat.  Nothing to be worried about unless you ate a Jr. Bacon and fries with that.

  15. everyone here is right... don't stress it.. its okay to treat yourself every once in awhile.

  16. you have to treat yourself occasionally... thinking so much about food will only make you want it more... get over it & just don't have one tomorrow.   Pick a couple of times a week to treat yourself if you want to & eat healthy the rest of the time... eat healthy (don't starve yourself, that will only make you gain more weight later).

  17. It's ok to slip once in a while.  Everyone needs a treat every now and then. You'll be fine.
