I had a hair disaster incident back on memmorial day where the walmart people messed up my hair and the only way to fix it was to get it shaved. [i would never shave my hair on my own will or whatever] [i usually also always go ot a hair salon except that one time i wanted my bangs cut cause they were long and irritating me and i couldn't wait till the next day] [oh and yeah i learnt my lesson to wait and never go to walmart to get my hair cut] ok so anyways now that you know the story background. i'm a vegeterian and i have been eating foods high in protein like vegeterian brown beans, black beans, peanut butter, wheat bread, veggie bacon [meatless tofu bacon], veggie corn dogs [meatless tofu corn dogs], and etc.....

I was wondering if eating these foods would help increase the growth process of my hair. My hair grows fast anyways but I was wondering if eating these foods would help make my hair grow faster since protein is good for your hair or whatever.

thanks! xD

  1. I am a vegetarian and it helps in my hair growth. :)

  2. it sure will. :]

i eat lots of peanut butter and that not only helps it grow, but protein makes the hair much shinier.

also, massage your scalp for a few minutes a day. by doing this, you're lossening up the roots and this will help it grow faster.
