Will eevee evolve to espeon before 7:00?

i have an eevee and i want to evolve but it is 3:00 and i don't know if it will evolve in leafgreen?

12pm--12am--Umbreon

before 7 what? AM or PM? cuz it will evolve before 4pm and after 6am. im not sure. maybe. to noe if it has enogh ahappiness, go to daisy in pallet town. she ask u to have tea and groom ur pokemon. groom evee. after that, talk to her again, and have eevee in the first slot. and talk to her and if she says that it cant possibly love u anymore than it does, than u already maxed out the happiness and u just raise it one more lvl to evolve it. i once made a lvl 6 blissey hehe. oh but, u cant evolve eevee into espeon/umbreon in firered or leafgreen. u have to trade ur evee into ruby or saphire or emerald. cuz in fire red, theres no clock. only in ruby/s/e. and when u trade it to r/s/e then its hapiness is restarted so u have to make it like u again.
