Will employers look at an unconventional CV? (Like this one)?

Question

Hi I was re-writing my CV tonight and I was getting really bored of the boring old generic CV.

So I opened photoshop and came up with something a little more cheery and eye catching, with the hope it wont get lost in the pile.

Question is: Will employers just disregard this CV because of it's style?

The target employer for this will be Retailers, such as fashion retailers, for which I hope for a part time sales job. So it's not like I'm submitting this for a job at the funeral directors!

i think it looks good if you were a graphic designer. but maybe get rid of the back ground or soften it.

You may be a little creative but do not get too cute.

Substance is what counts.
