I did not put the "and Fiji will beat the Springboks" because Fiji´s level of play, although not high enough to beat the boks yet, has impressed me and they do not deserve to be compared with the European trash.

HA HA HA HA.... come on, you cant be serious. Only way the English will beat the Aussies are if the wallabies don't turn up, or the sixteenth team member is the ref. I think the English have shown nothing in the last four years to suggest they are either capable or likely to.

Aussie by 20+ points, but it will be close in the first two minutes, if England play good defence.

It would be a miracle if Aussaroos or English Lions beat the ABs after their contest. It may be better to lose the Aussie - England match, as far as the margin is not too embarassing.

e.g I can easily see happening

    All Blacks 50 England 10

    All Blacks 40 Australia 15

So as far as England put in a decent effort tomorrow I won't feel bad, and the winners will have to face a truly  embarassing match next.

The Aussies can look like clumsy provincials at times, so England can send them home; a win is possible for England if they put in an inspired and well-strategised performance.

Cannot see it myself, they ain't half as good as they was, they tend to play a kicking game and even "wonder boy" Johnny is missing easy kicks-of course the balls are fecked mind you-so with JW out of form, the game balls not being the same the weight as the training balls..........no hope really is there?

No I can't see it but if John Connolly keeps whinging them I hope certainly hope they do.  Get the forwards to smash them up front and Johnny Wilkinson can set the tempo and control the game from the back.  But no I see the Wallabies winning a hard and bruising encounter.

If England can ensure that every territorial kick finds touch and they contest every Australian line out and steal a few or cause mistakes, scoring penalties and drop goals while down in their half.

They will need to focus on defence and territory and get an early lead to put the pressure back on the Aussies. Unfortunately if they do this it will spoil the game as a spectacle.

You would be naive if you think England cannot pull it off as Aussie have not exactly set the world on fire at this tournament.
