Will englands teams in both rugby and football make us proud?

I watched the football on Saturday and was pleased that England won but it was against one of the pool minnows.

I watched the England rugby team play in the evening, rugby has always been my game right from school days, and I can honestly say that it is the first time ever that I had a racing pulse with the excitement of it and the tension. The sense of relief was indescribable. Watching the fans I found  really wonderful. There was no fighting from the French or anybody. It was such a great atmosphere, even second hand from the TV. A great game and I only hope that they can sustain the tempo against SA. Even if they do lose, as long as they give their all then the real winner will be the game itself. All this and the rugby players get paid a fraction of that paid to the England footballers.

lets hope so.no doubt the injury excuses will be out this week before the games so if and when we do lose,it'll be like well we did tell you we weren't fully fit

win or lose, the rugby team will amke us proud, but the precious footballers and pundit are already blaming the pitch if we lose, i mean we should be beating Estonia and russia because we have the best league in the world and the best players?well the best paid at least but the more we have pampered them the more removed they are from us, can you imagine Cloughie putting up with the excuses that have been trotted out for the last 20 years,

Rugby YES....football, still not too sure. england will enter the final rounds....but winning UEFA....no, no and no. Better chance at Rugby to retain World Cup....that also only a probability at the moment as they go into the finals as underdogs!

rugby team have already done us proud, the footy team on the other hand havent done nothing for 41yrs. owen and co owe us big time, its about time they justified their 100 grand a week.

rugby team mite. football got 2 tough games t go, dont think they will win wendsday, and they wont beat crotia in there last game so theyve got it all t do, if they did qualify they wont win euro 2008 they will be another let down and all english fans and tv pundits will have some excuse, as usual.
