They have and are carrying out rescues in terrible conditions and deserve our admiration and thanks at all times,Not forgetting the RNLI.Thank you again.

  3. WE TAKE THESE PEOPLE SO MUCH FOR GRANTED,YET THEY PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE WITHOUT A THOUGHT FOR THEMSELVES.

  11. Yep anyone who puts their life on the line for another deserves bundles of credit, being an Aussie I also goto thank them :D But yeah any race if anyone does this kinda work, same with firefighters etc, they deserve our thanks

  18. well said that man! they do a fantastic job in all weather conditions.

    I hope never to need their services I never travel by boat or air though i do live about a mile or so inland close to the sea, so if global warming continues who knows one day my home may be prize beach front property prone to flooding and the coast guard may be the only ones to get near if not for me for the person living in y home at the time.

    in all seriousness though they do a very dangerous job in weather such as reported in this mornings new reports. may all crews arrive home as safe as when they left to start their shifts.
