  1. The policy is a misnomer, it favors those who historically were less fortunate and makes it harder for the historically more successful to continue succeeding.  It can be a good thing, but it will never be ideal.

  2. No not on this Earth...women are fundamentally different from men in thoughts and application of those thoughts , we were never meant to be equal ,each s*x has it's strengths and weakness's

I believe anyone can do anything if they want to....

  3. Nope.

Equal opportunity for all people is really only possible in a fully egalitarian society, with no racism/sexism/beautism/whatever.  It's also only possible if all children and adults are provided the same resources to start from.

Even if we get rid of all of the "ism"s, there will still be rich and poor people.  Rich people have the luxury of providing many opportunities to their children that poor can't--the latest in technology, personal tutors, etc.  Additionally, nepotism is likely to always exist.  Things as simple as bringing your child to work and teaching them your trade as they grow up is, in itself, a form of nepotism--providing benefits to your children above other children.

  4. Probably not until every human being is blended into the same skin-tone, hair color, eye color, and anything else that can be considered different from another.
