Thanks

  1. Hi,

I used to have pretty bad stretch marks and red scars around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. My Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below.

I heard exercise helps get rid of cellulite but I'm not too sure about stretch marks

  2. if u lose wieght then they will go away its cause by geting bigger w/o time for the skin to watever........ and i read on a website taht losing the wieght that caused them will get rid of them soo yea it should

  3. Exercise is good for you. It may help keep you from getting new stretch marks, it may not depending on your skin's tolerance for stretching. Exercise stretches the muscles of your skin so it is not the same as weight gain. It will not make stretch marks previously gotten go away. Exercise will only build muscle and reduce fat. The level of elasticity in your skin has nothing to do with exercise.

  4. Stretch marks are tears under the surface of your skin. If your stretch marks are due to putting on weight, then losing weight will take the stress off the stretch marks. They won't ever disappear completely, they will in time grow paler and eventually turn back to your normal skin colour. Products such as vitamine e oil, bio oil and cocao butter for scars and stretch marks are said to be good for reducing their appearance, and again, losing weight will help :)

    Good luck!
