i fell directly on my knee really really hard about 3-4months ago and it was swollen pretty good for like a week or so.at first it was really bad but know it only hurts if i sit indian style...weird right. and the part that hurts is not my knee itself but the surrounding muscles and ligaments.but if i stretch for a while i can sit indian style without pain, it still gets sore once in a while. so can i start running again or will it make it worse?
