Federer this year missed austrailian open unfortunately. He usually win 3 slams. will he win rest of two this year? If He wins 2 more majors, He will officially become the greatest player in the tennis history tying up Pete sampras record. Federer don't even have to win french open to be the greatest player in tennis history because Pete sampras can't even reach to semi final in french open. In my opinion Federer is the greatest right now in tennis history arguably. federer's record already catch up pete sampras's record. federer's record is by far better than pete sampra's. federer always go to final never seem miss any final. Is federer human?

  1. I think Fed will win Wimbledon but Nadal will win U.S. Open

  2. I say yes.  At least I hope he does so that he ties Pistol Pete's record.

  3. Hahahaha good question. He's definitely human considering that this year hasnt particularly favored him a lot. Nevertheless, he is still the mightiest amongst the tennis clan. Wimbledon has always been his forte for  years now. However, since the world No 2 has been doing pretty well, and qualifies for one of the most powerful as well, it won't be an easy match. We may actually see a power packed Wimbledon 2007 show again.

I am supporting Rafael though. Having seen his might today vs Murray, I am certain that he has a very very strong chance if he keeps it consistent.

  4. I disagree when you say Federer is the ``greatest.`` In my opinion the greatest is someone who can win all the grand slams someone like Agassi !!! Yes what roger has achieved is unbelieveable and will go down as one of the great champions but in my book he wont be ``the greatest`` until he can win at the French regardless how many times he wins the US, Aussie, wimby....big deal he`s did that already to prove he`s one of the best in history win that French !!!

Rafa will never win 14 grandslams as Roger however i do believe Nadal will go on to win all the grand slams at some point, he`s still young and improving all the time. Everyone talks about his fitness and his body will cave in he`ll get injured blah blah what matters is how Nadal feels he`s the one who knows his body f*** the rest what they think, he`s as fit as a ever and will prove to everyone he will win all the grand slams at some stage in his career. I mean face it Rafa is closing in on Roger at wimbledon, Nadal`s performances on grass have been amazing the past 2years and this year demolishing Fed in the final at the French then coming to win Queens by beating all the big grass court players (i know u hate nadal) but c`mon u gotta credit him at least !!! He`s looking good for this wimbledon title, theres no reason he cant do it. Rafa will win wimbledon before Roger can win the French......(if fed can even win the french) He`ll be 27 next year he aint getting any younger and well there will be fresh young and upcoming players to deal with not just the King Of Clay. Rafa will win all the grandslams even if its just once he`ll still do it! Roger on the other hand can win them all except the FRENCH.  Other ppl can put Roger out on hardcourts other than Rafa which is why it`ll be very tough on Federer for the next few years his days of dominace are limited. Whereas on clay very very very rarely can anyone defeat Nadal !!! Federer`s one win coming in Hamburg a year ago due to the fact Rafa was exhausted and wasnt even suppose to play in that tournament !!! You probably think im talking rubbish and wasting my time typing all this lol i dont care, i know im right :)!

  5. yes

  6. has a good chance of doing it

  7. I've got hope that he will win both Grand Slams.

  8. nope, i think he will lose at this years wimbledon.. for sure..... he might win the us open though..

  9. No. My predictions are that Rafa Nadal will win Wimbledon and Novak Djokovic will win the US Open.

  10. yes..and yes..and i'm not talking rubbish like vamos rafa..

  11. It's very possible.  But the media and those hoping to get closer in ranking to Federer, used the fact that he was not able to win any of the first two slams, to their favour.  In the media's case, to start a story and to make controversy, while in the case of some on the ATP tour it's to help them feel better about their chances in beating Federer, winning titles or rising in rankings.  They're all silly because there are still two more slams to go (Wimbledon almost being completed) and Federer has won the remaining two grand slams of the year already in his career, and with expertise.

  12. Federer will probably not win anymore slams for the rest of his career. Nadal WILL WIN Wimbledon this year, and I'm quite sure Novak will win the US Open. After Federer loses at Wimbledon his confidence will slowly decrease and other players will sense more weakness in him.

  13. I honestly think its going to be Rafa, Djoko and (if he really stays like this) Safin. He's unbelievable! Coming back from 70th place in the world! Beating Djokovic and play Fed in the semis. I think Fed just has got to go. Hes not fun to watch. Nadal is just unbelivable  on clay and gets to all these imposible shots and Djoko is great on hard. Safin honestly just started to redeem himeself so i can't say much but he seems great on grass and is going to give fed a hard time, no doubt.

  14. Roger has to take on Marat Safin who is on a real tear in this Wimbledon Championships. Marat as a former #1 is a world class player and if he gets back to his old form minus the easy loss of temper will compete for #1 again. He will be Novak and Rafa's nemesis. Roger will beat Marat but it will take 4 or possibly 5 sets. Rafa on the other hand will win his semi in straight sets over either Rainer or Arnaud, both older guys who will be extremely tired for playing their Quarter over 2 days due to the rain delay.

Roger will be sharper since he had to work harder and at a higher level and will beat Rafa in 4 or 5 to win his 6th Wimbledon.

Yes he will win the US Open and then the Australian as well next January to make up for this year. Then he will focus completely on the French and only play on clay. This being said he may not play the AO and start training for Roland Garros right after the US Open.  Had it not been for Rafa arriving on the ATP Roger would have won those 3 French Opens and all the know nothings wouldn't be able to keep saying: "Oh well Roger isn't the GOAT because he hasn't won the French yet".

Roger says that he will play for years to come and will be happy winning two or even one Grand Slam per year. A player of his greatness can achieve that. Yes he is already the GOAT and will add to his Slams surpassing Pete's record not just by 1 but by 4 or 5. I hope he comes back for 5 more years and wins just one Slam each year...the French Open.

    Vamos Roger! Allez Roge!

  15. In my opinion,

Fedex will win only wimbledon gs this year..

  16. Well I think you know if Federer is human or not. And your opinion is mostly everyone else's opinion, besides... he's ranked number one in Tennis. But to the title question, we'll just wait and see.
