Will feeding Canidae change my dog's skin back?

Before I fed it He always itched now he doesn't as much. I am waiting 2 weeks.

But his skin is now dark which it used to be pink.Maybe its a yeast infection. But I really just think its from allergies. Which the vet knows he has.

Parts of his skin is pink with greyness to it.

You might want to have  thyroid checked.  Canidae may help as long as he isn't allergic to the Canidae or hypothyroid.

~ Has he been outside lately?

One of my Chihuahua's does that.  He is older and has thinner skin and if he spends any time outside, his skin darkens.
