  1. It's best to work out something with each of your creditors - so contact them and see what you can do.

But bankruptcy won't help you much and just hurt in the long run.

  2. If your car is secured against your loan you will lose it even if you fill for bankruptcy, i am unsure what country you are from but i would suggest to you that you should consider speaking with a financial counselor and discuss all your options. in the mean time i would call all of your creditors and tell them your exact situation they usally will have assistance they can offer you till you get back on your feet or decided what you want

  3. Get a home equity loan. It will give you like 15-30 years to pay it off or something like that but im not shore how long. Also a 41K loan. Thanks! and I really hope you have good luck! and try to find some jobs like 3-4 and find some that you dont need to go to collage for. Like postal service. My mom was the mail lady for our town and she got like $21.00 an hour. Because she used her own car. She used her own gas money. That you dont have to go to collage for! The base is good. If you need money fast you should go work at fastfoods. Sell some stuff at a yard sale or ebay! Get a low cost renting home and try to sell your house if you have one. Maybe a janitor. Just use your brain and think about the jobs that are easy and will accept you quick! thanks and good luck!

  4. If I were you then I would work whatever job I could find to make ends meat. Just keep looking for a better one. Bankruptcy ruins your credit and it take you being late 90 days or more for your car to get repoed. Call your creditors and discuss your situation. That is a main key.

  5. well it kinda depends.i think banrupcy won't help you.

  6. Definetly, go out for a job as fast as you can,you are in trouble.

  7. You don't give much information dollar wise, so, best advice would be to either contact your creditors to see if you can negotiate some type of payments with them, or contact a bankruptcy attorney in your area, most will see you on a free consultation, to see what you qualify for. They will need to look at the last 6 months of pay stubs if you worked in that time frame, a list of your debts, assets and last 4 years of taxes. A vehicle can be saved in a bankruptcy. If qualified for a chapter 7 you can re-affirm on the loan (meaning you continue to pay), but the loan would have to be current to file a chapter 7, chapter 13, you'd pay into a plan payment set up thru the US Trustees, but if you have no job, that is not an option. Seek either consolidation of your bills or bankruptcy advice, this will lead you to decide what is best for your circumstances. A bankruptcy filing should be the LAST RESORT. Good Luck!

  8. Filing for bankruptcy will get your car taken away, maybe your home or lease.  It will also ruin your credit, maybe for the rest of your life.

Get a job, even something like working in a supermarket, even if it insults your intelligence and qualifications.

Remember: if you don't stay on top of things, you end up underneath them.

  9. It will only help your credit score go down down down. If anyting try to work out a payment schedule with your debtors they are usually more than happy to at least get there money as opposed to not and you both win in the end.

  10. I was told that bankruptcy isn't that bad.  It just cost a lot of money.  Try Lexington Law first.  that might help.

  11. You wont have to pay anything any more, but it'll really damage your credit.

  12. It will help you in the short term, but could harm you in the long term. If you have absolutely no income coming in, then you should do it. If you have savings or some money coming in, try cutting out all non essential bills (cable, cell phone, etc.) until you find a new job.
