  1. THEY'LL TAKE ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER!!

    GOOD LUCK

  2. Actually, most of them will (and be THRILLED)!  :)  I suggest calling to set up a drop-off time, as most won't accept donations from 'in off the street'.

  3. Food banks in my area would LOVE fresh vegetables.

  4. Most will, but you'll likely have to take it directly to their depot. Give your local food bank a call. They'll probably be thrilled to get fresh produce, as long as they have the storage for it.

If they won't, maybe you have neighbours without gardens who would be happy to get fresh produce.

  5. my answer is yes they will ,i saw the answer with the risk of someone not knowing what they are doing but that risk goes to anyone that brings in vegetables anyone of them can be contaminated ,just becuase a vegetable was bought in a store does not mean the person handling it did not contaminate it ,so yes i really think they will accept it . and bravo to you for at least trying

  6. I would hope not, ( not because who ever grew them is bad at it) but because they could be and not know it, there is potentials for the produce to be contaminated so most likely they will not accept it unless you are a liscened distributor of produce

edit: the difference between a home grower and a someone with documents is the person that sells it in a high volume manner gets thier products inspected as to meet regulations, a home grower doesnt
