  1. wild frogs are good together. captive frogs are good together. not both in the same cage. you could pair them but, there size, breed, and s*x should be only one male per cage( i have a couple males knight anoles in a 55 gal, but there ok with it.)

  2. Most or all of the frogs that you buy at the pet store will not be native to your area, so they will most likely have different environmental needs in their 'cage' than a frog you could catch in your local area.

Also, the frog you buy will either be captive bred, or wild caught from a foreign place. If it is captive bred, it will not have immunity to all the diseases wild frogs are exposed to, and putting it in with a wild frog will probably kill it. If it was wild-caught somewhere else, you will probably introduce new health issues to both frog's immune systems and kill them both.

Whether or not they would live together in peace until you killed one or both would depend totally on the type and size of frogs you are talking about.

  3. Hey,

frogs will be frogs. All frogs can eat other frogs, whether wild caught or not.

If you want to keep these two frogs, make sure that you have big cage for them and that they are of the same size! Also, give them enough food for both of them

    good luck

PS- try not to catch any wild frogs, they belong in the wild :)

  4. Ive done it before...its not the best idea though.

  5. Leave the wild frog in the wild and leave the abused frog at the pet store.  Then use the spell check feature.
