Will generation y do any better then the baby boomers ?

I mean as far as running the country goes. Or will they do worse and why? I think they'll do worse from what I'm seeing now. Maybe I'm underestimating my generation but I doubt it.

Oh, they'll be fine. Every older generation thinks the new one has doomed the species. I disagree.

I think the future is quite exciting and promising - technological and medical advances have extended life spans and brought the world closer. Individuals have more life options than ever before. Some people are just bent because America isn't going to be the ultimate top dog anymore, but this is insignificant when you consider the world as a whole.
