  1. yaaa, my teachers wen they take off their glasses u c all their wrinkles under their eyes. but 4 u, they say u look diff cuz they r so used 2 seing u with glasses that its weerd 4 them. ask s/o dat sees u with glasses and without, ask em if they c a diff.

also my frend always wore glasses den she got contacts, 4 the first few days it lookd different but i got used 2 it.

  2. yes whenever I put my glasses on, my eyes always look smaller, it's because my glasses have strong prescription. Now I only use glasses when I'm too lazy to put my contacts. when I started to wear contacts, people noticed the difference, still I've always felt better with the contacts. People are not going to make fun of you, its going to be more of the opposite, people are going to complement you on how good you look. the benefits of contacts is that people can actually look in your eyes not the glasses.

  3. If you have a strong minus prescription, your glasses will have a minimizing effect on your eyes. And if you have a strong plus prescription, your glasses will have a magnifying effect.

Your friends are probably just not used to seeing you without glasses.  It isn't your eyes that they think look weird, it is just the fact that you have your glasses off. If you start wearing contacts they will get used to it really quick. I went through the same thing when I switched from glasses to contacts.

  4. The glasses won't change the way your eyes look when off, but depending on the type of correction you have it will change the appearance while on. A near sighted correction will make the eyes look slightly smaller, while a far sighted correction will enlarge the eyes through the lenses. Contacts will not have the same affect.

  5. Yes they can.  The stronger the prescription, the more different your eyes may appear.  If you are far-sighted, your lenses will magnify your eyes, making them look larger than they do without the glasses.  If you are near-sighted,  the glasses will make your eyes look smaller.  The stronger the prescription, the greater the magnification/minification of the appearance of your eyes.  As for getting contact lenses, your eyes will begin to look normal to others as they get used to seeing you without glasses.
