Question:

Will going to sleep early and then waking up early make you look better?

When i go to sleep late at like 11:00 or 12:00 then wake up at like 6 for school i look like c**p. If i went to bed earlier like at 9:30 or 9:00 would i look better???

  1. wel in all actuallity it would help and it may help with the way u feel about urself...like if u feel like $#!+ u come off lookin like $#!+ so yeah and i'm guessin u feel rushed in the mornin... if u have more anergy u feel less frazzled///

  2. Yes, because you are getting the recommended 7 to 8 hours of sleep, and that will help with the baggy eyes and you will also feel better too.  If you sleep much longer than that, you will also not feel to good, because, even though we don't want to admit it, it's too much sleep.

  3. yeah. when i go to bed at like 9 and wake up at 6:30 i look way better then going to bed at like 12 and waking up at like 12 p.m.

  4. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man (or woman) healthy, wealthy and wise.

  5. Its not so much going to bed early.  Its getting enough good sleep.  That makes you look refreshed instead of worn out.

    Typcially 7 to 8 hours is enough for most people.  If you do need to get up at 6 then going to be from 10 to 11 pm would be best.

    you would feel more awake, and than that would give you more energy in the morning to get ready. Also, your body has more time to rest and that is always goof for you:)

  7. Yeah, if you go to bed earlier you will look better. You'll be more awake and under your eyes won't look dark.
