Will going to the chiropractor help my shoulder tendinitis

i pitch in high school and my coach overused me resulting in shoulder tendinitis. it has been 7 months since my injury happened and my arm is still in pain. can a chiropractor help my arm and is there exercises that will help and other fast remedies because it is hurting my off season weight lifting regimen.

  1. The chiropractor can't help you with your tendinitis problem , I have had it and the only way way is to take it easy for awhile and that includes no weight lifting . It's an inflammation of the joint and what the regimen you could go on would be 3 6 9 fish oil . You can buy it at your local supermarket and it has done wonders for me . I am 57 years old and work out everyday and no pain . As well you have to do things in moderation . I hope you find the solution to your problem and get well very soon . Good luck to you
