  1. Fresh red grape juice helps fatty liver but there are other

herbs that are very useful too.. for instance Milk Thistle is a great herb for fatty liver and a warm glass of water with the juice of half a lime/lemon first thing in the morning does wonders...

  2. Ultimately, the answer depends on the type of grape juice. If it's red wine grapes that just aren't fermented into wine, then absolutely. If it's a grape juice from the store with all the artificial colors and flavors, there's a good chance that it would be a big No.

As long as the grapes have the antioxidant benefits in them (including the Polyphenols and whatnot), then you will get some benefit... but if you're looking to improve the health of your liver, there are many other natural herbs that would help out much more. Do you know how fatty your liver may be? Is it damaged from alcohol or some similar damage? Feel free to E-mail me if you have other questions.

  3. Why are you concerned about a fatty liver? How do you even know you have a fatty liver? Stop bugging out about everything you see on television.  If your doctor has not diagnosed anything do not sweat it.

  4. I thought fatty liver was caused by drinking booze.?. I am sure it is caused by other things though, yet drinking wine, I would think, is adding fuel to the fire.
