  1. Maybe to the bathroom or bushes! It's benefits are supposed to be in it's soothing and healing powers.  I wouldn't call it a "sport" drink.


  2. Not really.  If you lose weight and become fit, say from being overweight, then you're bound to run faster because you're carrying less pounds.

    The only immediate increase in being faster that i can see is from the caffeine which would pump your heart up and increase blood flow

  4. I have green tea every morning and I run really fast if I need to whenever it takes me to the bathroom.    It's good for you though.

  6. No it won't make you run faster. It does increase your energy and metabolism but that does not mean you actually run faster.

    You don't want to drink tea, even green tea, or any other caffeinated drink before an activity like running. It dehydrates us and that is the last thing we want before exercising. If you do have a drink with caffeine within an at least an hour before exercising you will need to drink extra water to offset the caffeine.

    Before my workouts I will drink an energy drink and 2 glasses of water. After words I drink a sports drink and 2 glasses of water.
